This property was ideal for our needs. The lay out was great, the balcony view was fabulous, the walk to the beach & pool was perfect, ground/pool maintenance was fantastic, Sandy Beach was very helpful, and other guests were extremely friendly. In spite of one bad review regarding the supposed uncomfortable primary bedroom mattress, it was firm, perfect for us. Simply a matter of personal preference. Both baths were very spacious as well. One minor drawback was my reported dirt spots on the bedroom carpets and the tile throughout could have been a bit cleaner. I understand there is a lot of traffic in and out so I simply wore my Vionic “flip flops” in the home while I was there. Overall, I give this unit and the leasing staff at Sandy Beach top ratings for top notch service. I’ll be back next year!! Thank you all!!
