When we arrived, we discovered that the air conditioner wasn’t working. I sent a message and within 30 minutes a technician arrived and determined the air unit would have to be replaced. Upon that determination, I was contacted and offered a different unit that was an upgrade from the unit we had been in. Communication was great and the issue was promptly taken care of by Sandy. The units are very nice.
