The condo was clean and roomy. We had everything we needed to start our trip off right. Sandy Beach was in communication with us the whole times. While we never had a reason to contact them it was nice know we had way. The pool was great! Clean, nice water temp and privacy from the gas station across the street. The beach was an easy walk from our room. So be aware that no beach towels, toys, chairs, cooler or any other beach item you may want is provided. It is stated in the information that is emailed to you, and we were prepared. Over all we had a nice and would recommend tropic breeze again!
