We spent a week in this unit. Upon arrival everything was nice and clean. We couldn’t hear neighbors around us and it was very peaceful. We had a good little starter supply of paper towels and such, bath towels were all nicely folded and ready for us as well. The 3 bedrooms was a game changer as we travel with another family. There were 9 of us, 4 adults and 5 children and there was ample room. We even had an empty bed all week due to so many beds in the unit. This was the biggest unit we have stayed in and we loved it. The balcony was a nice size with an amazing view! The kitchen had a nice stock of cookware and utensils also. The only negative I can say about this unit is they only have one parking spot to use but it sleeps 10. However, I was aware of this when I booked and purchased a pass for the week from the city. So it’s definitely not a game changer, I would definitely stay again! We certainly recommend this unit and Sandy Beach Vacation Rentals were so easy to work with and answered any questions in a very timely manner.
