The kitchen, family room, and bathroom were recently renovated. Go out of the condo and down the stairs, and across the parking lot and you are on the beach. Doesn’t get much better. This unit has its own WiFi router so there is no sharing of an overwhelmed network. The unit includes two TVs with Roku players that allowed me to sign in/out of my streaming accesses. I like having a fully stocked kitchen that allows me to purchase groceries and cook for myself instead of expensive eating out which is not good for your health. A parking placard is included for your vehicle.
