House was complete with lots of amenities. Especially appreciated the beach gear. We had plenty of space for our family. Everything is an easy 5 to 10-minute drive away. The street it’s on can be a bit busy, so if you are a very light sleeper I recommend earplugs. We really appreciated the easy access to the 2-mile path behind the house for some morning walks. We had an issue late in the week with the pool so they had someone come out that same day, but ended up rendering the pool unusable for the last two days of our stay, which was a big disappointment. This was a result of the maintenance not being done earlier in the week. This has been addressed with the owner and will be ensuring that maintenance isn’t skipped in the future. If you use the grill, be sure to clean every part of it very thoroughly as we were dinged for not doing a sufficient job and had to pay a fee.
