Saint Petersburg Island Vacation House

We stayed here for six weeks and the place has been newly fixed up with new appliances and a new paint job. The one bed we slept in was comfortable, and there are beds for six, i.e. two double beds and two single beds. The heating and cooling systems worked well and there was plenty of hot water. There are two TVs, one of which is a Smart TV with a variety of streaming channels and cable. The kitchen is nicely furbished. The house has a 16,000 boat lift which works but I never saw the necessary remote, though I didn’t need one. The house is on the end of a one-way channel and there is no easy way to get a kayak, etc. into the water. There were a number of minor repair problems at the house, but the rental agent addressed these immediately, including buying and installing a brand-new grill. I have to give Sandy Beach Vacation an A+ for their responsiveness.
