The property was very spacious and clean. The condo building is rather old but the condo itself has been updated. It had the public beach entrance and parking across the street which made our walk across very easy for our 4 year old. The beds were comfortable and the condo had great water pressure which is a huge plus for us! I brought a sound machine due to previous reviews of loud street noise at night and it was a lifesaver. The unit also had beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys which was great!
