We would definitely stay in this unit again, and would definitely rent through Sandy Beach Vacation Rentals again!!

The staff was very quick in responding to any questions or problems we had. The first day, we got the wrong entrance code, but they were able to provide the correct code immediately after I called. I wrote down the entrance code number but misplaced it, and tried to enter the condo after hours. I called the emergency number and someone called back right away! No matter if speaking to a person or texting, I always got someone courteous and actually a pleasure to talk to. ALL communications were timely. I love that they texted, no matter what the problem. No calls necessary unless there was an emergency. Also, details that make a big difference to me are they allow you to slightly extend your stay or check in slightly early if the unit is available. Other places charge for that. The unit was very comfortable, nicely decorated, clean, good amount of bathroom storage.
