We love this property and have stayed many times before, with private ownership, and loved the area. That being said, this unit is beautiful, nicely updated, clean. They had pretty much everything you would need for a one week stay. Beach supplies like towels, kids toys and umbrellas were included. The unit is large and spacious, it overlooks the pool and bay. Sandy Beach was very receptive while we were on the property. The property is only a short drive to the beach, less than 5 minutes. I would highly recommend this unit!
