Bahia Vista 8-212 is a spacious second-floor condo located on the bay waters at Isla Del Sol. The unit features a sleeper sofa, a loveseat, and a side chair. This unit has Free Hi-Speed WIFI, 2 TVs, and a North American Long Distance for your convenience. This unit can accommodate different family sizes and has two bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with double vanity. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The guest bedroom has a bathroom attached as well! This bedroom has 2 twin beds. Unit 212 also has a full-size washer and dryer in a separate laundry room making this unit a complete home away from home.

Sit out on the balcony and watch the sunset with your favorite drink or enjoy the beautiful wildlife in the waters or on land while enjoying the morning air. These units are well known to see dolphins playing in the bay water and boats cruising the waters as well as birds and bunny rabbits that are protected. You can access the balcony off of the living room or the master bedroom. Be sure to take time to enjoy the large pool and hot tub. 7-day minimum, Saturday arrival, and Saturday departure during peak season.

Isla Del Sol - meaning Island of the Sun, is an island community on a tropical barrier island surrounded by Boca Ciega Bay and nestled between the southernmost tip of St Petersburg and St Pete Beach, Florida. This island community has many different condo neighborhoods each with beautiful tropical landscaping, heated pools, spas, and clubhouses, some with private beaches and water views everywhere you look. Biking and walking trails will take you from your condo to the Shopper’s Village and around the golf course of the private Isla Del Sol Yacht and Country Club.

'The Island is just minutes from the warm, turquoise waters and the many beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, Fort DeSoto Park, and Fort DeSoto's North Beach voted one of America's top beaches. Tons of shops, restaurants, and many exciting things to do are just a short drive across the Bayway Bridge to Gulf Blvd. Explore historic Pass-a-Grille beach and the bustling St Pete Beach or drive up the coast following Gulf Blvd through Treasure Island, Madeira Beach, Redington Beach, Indian Shores, Indian Rocks Beach, Belleair Shores all the way to Clearwater Beach to see what adventures you may find! It’s also just a quick drive to I-275 to experience all that Downtown St Petersburg has to offer.

St. Pete Beach, the most southern link in a chain of barrier islands that make up the Tampa Bay Sun Coast, offers residents and visitors miles of pristine white sandy beaches that border the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. St. Pete Beach, formerly known as St. Petersburg Beach, has a wide variety of accommodations ranging from large-scale resorts to classic Florida mom-and-pop vintage motels that bring back memories of old Florida. The city was incorporated in 1957 with the consolidation of the Towns of Pass-a-Grille, Don CeSar, Belle Vista, St. Petersburg Beach, and unincorporated Pinellas County to become the “City of St. Petersburg Beach.”

In 1994, the citizens voted to shorten the name to “St. Pete Beach” to lessen the confusion with the City of St. Petersburg, located on the mainland to the east. The City of St. Pete Beach is located just off the Pinellas County mainland of Saint Petersburg, just south of Treasure Island, 20 miles from Clearwater Beach, and within 30 miles of both St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport and Tampa International Airport. With year-round sunshine, an abundance of recreational activities, restaurants, and shopping, St. Pete Beach is one of the most enjoyable places to live and vacation, in the world.

"This property was ideal for our needs. The lay out was great, the balcony view was fabulous, the walk to the beach & pool was perfect, ground/pool maintenance was fantastic, Sandy Beach was very helpful, and other guests were extremely friendly. In spite of one bad review regarding the supposed uncomfortable primary bedroom mattress, it was firm, perfect for us. Simply a matter of personal preference. Both baths were very spacious as well. One minor drawback was my reported dirt spots on the bedroom carpets and the tile throughout could have been a bit cleaner. I understand there is a lot of traffic in and out so I simply wore my Vionic "flip flops" in the home while I was there. Overall, I give this unit and the leasing staff at Sandy Beach top ratings for top notch service. I'll be back next year!! Thank you all!!

"This was a great place to stay very close to the beach and shops. Be aware though that it is located on a toll road so you have to pay a dollar fee every time you come on and off the bridge. That is the only way to get to the place but honestly, it's worth it. The place was beautiful and clean and it felt very safe staying here. Loved staying here it was a beautiful place!

"We had another reservation and it was canceled the day of arrival due to air conditioning. I emailed this property frantically and got an almost immediate response. Very easy check-in and parking. Beautiful views and a quiet area with a pool and beach on the property. Two thumbs up despite a little outdated inside, totally worth it! Thank you for the fast response! We had a wonderful time in Florida.

"We loved this location. Can’t beat the westward, waterway-bridge-and-sunset-facing view. Negatives are some poor maintenance issues (stuck windows, broken screen) which management did respond to. Very dated decor, and other units I’ve rented have usually provided a few useful items like beach towels. However — the location, view, convenient location and Isla del Sol amenities (pool, mini-beach, miles of walking paths) make this an excellent winter escape spot. ***Maintenance repaired the stuck windows and broken screen***
