NEW LISTING! Cozy Beach Hideaway is a great one bedroom one bathroom duplex with private yard. Newly updated with a short walk (Under 500') to the beach entrance and lots of area shops and restaurants. The home sleeps four guests with a queen size bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a fully stocked kitchen for your convenience and a smart TV to connect to your TV apps. The dining area sits 4. It is an absolutely perfect location that is in high demand! You are literally three properties away from direct beach access! There is a laundromat nearby for your convenience. This is a perk as the home is a pet friendly. It is a 30 night minimum rental. Come make this your home away from home! This can be rented as one side or the whole house if you choose! You can either rent both sides or do one rental of the whole house. NOTE: Owner offers a 10% discount if paid in full up front as an incentive. If there will be a pet there is a $250 non-refundable pet fee PER DOG.

St. Pete Beach, the most southern link in a chain of barrier islands that make up the Tampa Bay Sun Coast, offers residents and visitors miles of pristine white sandy beaches that border the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. St. Pete Beach, formerly known as St. Petersburg Beach, has a wide variety of accommodations ranging from large-scale resorts to the classic Florida mom-and-pop vintage motels that bring back memories of old Florida.

The city was incorporated in 1957 with the consolidation of the Towns of Pass-a-Grille, Don CeSar, Belle Vista, St. Petersburg Beach, and unincorporated Pinellas County to become the “City of St. Petersburg Beach.” In 1994, the citizens voted to shorten the name to “St. Pete Beach” to lessen the confusion with the City of St. Petersburg, located on the mainland to the east. The City of St. Pete Beach is located just off the Pinellas County mainland of Saint Petersburg, just south of Treasure Island, 20 miles from Clearwater Beach, and within 30 miles of both St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport and Tampa International Airport.

"The Sandy Beach condo was the perfect one bedroom stay for two. The backyard was easily accessible for our dogs. The host was responsive and helpful. The beach access thoroughfare was just down the street. Restaurants are close, and two good ones are less than a block away.

"I am totally in love with this beautiful place because It has everything inside and out. The beach is around the corner. I couldn’t wait to wake up and walk around the beach and after that get my coffee at Starbucks which is just a couple minutes away. Restaurants are close to the house and the pharmacy is on the corner, making it ultra-convenient in case you need to get any last-minute things, water, or toiletries.

"Beautifully renovated house, very comfortable, newly updated with easy access to the beautiful St. Pete's Beach, at just a 5-minute walk. Everything nearby in walking distance – great restaurants, bars, CVS, or Walgreens, if ever needed. It’s in a perfect location and great for relaxation and chilling out. Totally enjoyed our stay here and looking forward to going back soon!
