Welcome to "Holiday Island" in beautiful Tierra Verde. This waterfront condo features a private balcony nestled next to the mangroves and shoreline with amazing direct water views of Tampa Bay. Enjoy watching dolphins, pelicans, cranes, and fish from this top-floor end unit.

The resort-like complex is quiet, and relaxing, and features a large waterfront heated pool and Jacuzzi, as well as an observation pier with gas barbecue grills and picnic tables. Amenities include two lighted tennis courts, a fitness center, a laundry facility, clubhouse with a pool table.

This fully equipped 2 bedroom 2 bath 2nd-floor (stair walk-up) unit is beautiful and includes ceramic tile flooring throughout, a queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen pull-out sofa bed in the living room. There are also two televisions, patio furniture, linens, cutlery, small appliances, and cookware. WiFi, cable, and parking are included.

You are minutes from Fort Desoto park with its expansive and pristine beaches. Dedicated biking and jogging trails out to Fort Desoto are right at the community entrance. There are endless opportunities to take in the island’s unspoiled beauty including birding, kayaking, canoeing, and fishing expeditions.

Walkable to French, European Continental, Italian, pizza, and deli, as well as several waterfront restaurants that feature fresh local seafood and live music. Looking for more nightlife or museums? You are a short drive to downtown St. Petersburgh, Gulfport, Pass a Grill, or St. Pete Beach.

This unit has a 2-day minimum stay and a 3-day minimum over holidays. There is a discount for stays of 28 days or more already built into the rates. No smoking and no pets are permitted. Come enjoy paradise in the Florida sunshine!

"Perfect rental for our needs. Immaculate!! We loved sitting out every morning and enjoying that incredibly peaceful view with breakfast (thank you for that sun umbrella!). If I had to give one "criticism" it's that the kitchen was so well-stocked, that there was no room available in the cabinets for food, like cereal boxes, snacks, etc.

"This is a great little condo in a non touristy area. Great location on the bay, we saw dolphins and manatees from the balcony. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Check-in was easy and we even decided to stay an extra night at the last minute which Carrie accommodated without issue.
