Lands End Gulf Front 4th Floor Corner Condo 11-401 in ideal Treasure Island! The unit is a two-bedroom, two-bath condo that offers all the conveniences of home: TVs, free wireless high-speed internet, linens, and bath towels, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator/ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher, disposal; iron/ironing board and clothes washer and dryer. Gated Community Note: PER THE ASSOCIATION YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY A ONE-TIME $30.00 PARKING/RESORT FEE FOR YOUR STAY. CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ONLY - NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED. IF YOU HAVE A SECOND CAR THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL $30.00 PARKING FEE FOR THE STAY. IF YOU HAVE A GUEST VISIT AT ANY TIME DURING YOUR STAY THEY TOO WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY A $10 PARKING FEE FOR THE DAY. Lands End 11-401 sleeps six guests with a king-size bed in the master bedroom and a 2 Twin size beds in the guest bedroom. The balcony provides breathtaking views of the surrounding water and stunning sunsets. Peace and quiet as well as walks on the beach are a way of life here! If you are looking for a resort-style place to stay you've just found the one! 7-night rental minimum

Lands End is located at the southernmost tip of Sunset Beach in Treasure Island, surrounded by the beautiful blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico on three sides. This luxury resort condo includes 14 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. There is a 24-hour security guardhouse with a gated entry and many other amenities including an enormous heated pool, a poolside spa, newly renovated shuffleboard and volleyball courts, a large and fully-equipped fishing deck, and two tennis courts with a courtside gazebo. The community is also wrapped in a well-maintained wooden boardwalk for long scenic walks with amazing views at every turn!

Treasure Island got its name from an early hotel owner who buried and then discovered a couple of wooden chests on the beach. The hotelier claimed that the chests were filled with treasure. News of the discovery spread quickly and people began calling the area Treasure Island.

Treasure Island is adjacent to St. Petersburg and central to everything. Treasure Island’s three miles of white sandy beaches, pristine waters, welcoming vintage hotels, and unique restaurants attract visitors from all over the world. Go swimming, shelling, sunning, snorkeling, parasailing, bird and dolphin watching, or simply walk the beach and watch an amazing sunset. Walk the mile-long Treasure Island Beach Trail for convenient access to the motels, restaurants, and bars that make up the heart of this incredible destination!

"The property was perfect. From the room to the beautiful property grounds, and beach. We were able to walk to the beach, pool, and other activities close to the property. The room was perfect for me and my two older daughters. We had 2 bedrooms that accommodated us perfectly. The kitchen was perfect to prepare meals and the proximity to restaurants, grocery stores, and other shopping was perfect. Really liked the gated community and amenities included. Will definitely be back.

"We loved it here! Beach was amazing along with the huge pool that is available! Guards were on top of it always patrolling. Had elevators and a luggage dolly which made it easy to bring all your stuff up and groceries. View well breathe taking! The Master bedroom bed was very comfortable and so were the 2 twins in the second bedroom. This unit also had pool noodles, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and pool inflatable stuff. I will definitely be back.

"With a private beach, we were able to enjoy all the amenities. The condo was very clean and the balcony view was beautiful. The kids loved the pool, shuffleboard, and volleyball court. I liked the bay boardwalk behind us and the landscaping on the property was gorgeous. We went to John's Pass and did a private tour at Alligator Attraction which the kids enjoyed. "11-401 is the perfect vacation spot. The views from the large balcony are incredible, along with dolphin sightings and beautiful nightly sunsets. The unit is very close to the beach and pool which makes going back and forth very easy. The pool is huge and the people are very friendly. The beach is perfect and we spent a lot of time collecting shells and playing in the surf. The unit has everything you could need for vacationing and feels like a large luxury double suite. The owners are amazing people and Sandy Beach Rentals took care of every last detail. We can't wait to return!

"The condo is so close to the beautiful beach and is a little more spacious than some condos we have stayed at. The balcony is great and was my favorite place to sit in the morning with a book and coffee. it has a well-equipped kitchen and the beach chairs were a plus! The starter pack of toilet paper and soaps almost got us through the entire week so that was great. we would definitely return!

"Fantastic accommodations! Clean, comfortable and everything provided for a relaxing Fun in the Sun Beach Vacation. We appreciated the friendly, helpful staff. Super view, amenities and excellent fishing. Bonus- our family was so glad to have a refrigerator with an ice maker! And, extra points for the dolphin show we watched everyday from the balcony. This was our second trip to Lands End and surely won’t be the last.

"Towels/sheets much better than Capalbo. Parking pass process much better than Capalbo. The lockbox on door is a nice feature for arrival. Cleaning service was better than Capalbo but not perfect. Overall Sandy Beach service very good.
