Lands End Gulf Front 4th Floor Corner Condo 11-401 in ideal Treasure Island! The unit is a two-bedroom, two-bath condo that offers all the conveniences of home: TVs, free wireless high-speed internet, linens, and bath towels, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator/ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher, disposal; iron/ironing board and clothes washer and dryer. Gated Community Note: PER THE ASSOCIATION YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY A ONE-TIME $30.00 PARKING/RESORT FEE FOR YOUR STAY. CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ONLY - NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED. IF YOU HAVE A SECOND CAR THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL $30.00 PARKING FEE FOR THE STAY. IF YOU HAVE A GUEST VISIT AT ANY TIME DURING YOUR STAY THEY TOO WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY A $10 PARKING FEE FOR THE DAY. Lands End is located at the southernmost tip of Sunset Beach in Treasure Island, surrounded by the beautiful blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico on three sides. This luxury resort condo includes 14 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. There is a 24-hour security guardhouse with a gated entry and many other amenities including an enormous heated pool, a poolside spa, newly renovated shuffleboard and volleyball courts, a large and fully-equipped fishing deck, and two tennis courts with a courtside gazebo. The community is also wrapped in a well-maintained wooden boardwalk for long scenic walks with amazing views at every turn!
Treasure Island got its name from an early hotel owner who buried and then discovered a couple of wooden chests on the beach. The hotelier claimed that the chests were filled with treasure. News of the discovery spread quickly and people began calling the area Treasure Island.
