Come enjoy your own little slice of paradise at Madeira Bay Resort #202 is a one-bedroom with a den sitting on the quiet and peaceful bayside. Unit 202 features a queen bed in the master bedroom and a twin trundle (2 twin beds) in the guest common area. The unit also features a double-size pull-out sleeper sofa. The unit has a view from each room! The resort features a heated pool, jacuzzi, exercise room, 6th-floor sunset room, free WiFI, and cable. The unit has a beautiful fully equipped and updated kitchen. The master bathroom has a tub and the guest bath has a walk-in shower. The unit is across the street from the beautiful gulf beach of Madeira and is within walking distance to John's Pass for endless enjoyment. PARKING IS LIMITED TO ONE SPOT PER UNIT - THERE IS NO OVERNIGHT GUEST PARKING ON SITE.

Madeira Beach is located just west of St. Petersburg and has 2.5 miles of gorgeous beaches and sparkling Gulf of Mexico waters. Legend says that a pirate named John LeVique was the first European to settle the Madeira Beach area. It is best known for the 1,100-foot boardwalk along the Intracoastal named John's Pass Village and Boardwalk.

John’s Pass is a collection of shops and restaurants in an old-style fishing village setting. Here you can pass the time watching pelicans dive for fish, watch dolphins swim and play, shop until your heart's content, or simply relax and enjoy all the amazing food and drink! Fishing is the primary sport activity but you can also rent a jet ski, take a pirate cruise or go on a sunset dolphin cruise. Within the city limits are many more restaurants, beach bars, unique local shops, and many public beach access points. The activities and memories are endless in Madeira Beach!

"The condo was well kept, clean, and tastefully decorated. Our first thought when we first walked in was how adorable the place Is. We loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the boats that were docked. Location is perfect for the beach and walking to John’s Pass. Very quiet at night and very safe neighborhood.

"We enjoyed our stay very much! It was less than a 4 minute walk to the beach, maybe a bit longer if you have little children, and the cross walk was right outside the building. Appliances worked great and loved the view off the deck for morning coffee and a glass of wine at night. Will keep this gem in mind if I return to the area again. Beach was awesome!

"This is a great location and a great condo. The condo is a very flexible space and has everything you need. It was clean and comfortable, and the communications with Sandy Beach were great, with absolutely no surprises or issues. The resort is great, pool and hot tub are very nice. The gym is pretty mediocre, but hardly the key to a vacation for most people, so I didn't knock any points off. The beach is a very short walk away, and John's Pass is also a very short walk away (great shopping, restaurants, and recreation).

"This property was very close to everything we wanted to do and very quiet and peaceful to sit out on the deck at night and enjoy the view of the marina since I own a large boat myself. was within walking distance to eating and drinking and shopping and especially right across the street from the beach and were able to run across the street easily to watch the sunsets. we got in at an awesome price which was an extra bonus.
