St. Petersburg Beach - Mona Kai #2 - NEW LISTING! Come enjoy this private, unique, quiet and large and small dog friendly duplex. The beautifully landscaped & fully fenced back yard and pool are shared with unit #1.

Sit out by the pool and enjoy a cup of coffee or your favorite beverage. A gas grill is available and also shared between both units.

The unit is ideal for two people traveling with their dog. The unit is fully furnished, updated and features a king size bed (for those dogs who are used to sleeping with their humans LOL), updated kitchen, new decor, queen pull out couch, washing machine, WIFI, large TV in the living room, etc. We do ask that you clean up after your pet, keep smoking to outside locations only and be respectful of other guests and the property.

Beach is just a short approximately an 8 minute walk from the property. The trolley line of Gulf Blvd is one short block from the duplex. Mona Kai is located in St. Pete Beach with short walks to shopping and restaurants. Also, enjoy the Corey Avenue Sunday Market on St. Pete Beach with local artistry and restaurants. You are just a short drive to John's Pass where can shop, eat, watch the dolphins, or even rent jet skis!

Recently selected as the country’s top beach destination and renowned for its jaw-dropping sunsets, St Pete Beach is an ideal vacation getaway. Many amenities in the area include boat rentals, bike rentals, para-sailing, stand up paddle boards, fishing, dolphin watch cruises, jet skis, kayaks and almost any water sport imaginable plus shopping on Corey Ave and many fantastic restaurants.

The City of St. Pete Beach is located just off the Pinellas County mainland of Saint Petersburg, just south of Treasure Island, 20 miles from Clearwater Beach and within 30 miles of both St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport and Tampa International Airport.

"Once again we could not have had a better stay. The weather was great! The pool was great.! Our daughter came down from Buffalo and enjoyed her time. The convenience to everything is wonderful. We never have to move the car. Thanks again! Have a great year and see you next February.

"Such an absolutely incredible space! The owners have so much pride in their units, and it shows. It’s modern yet still beachy décor allows for a relaxing time without the tacky sea shells and fish everywhere. The bed was huge and super comfortable, and there were more than enough extra linens provided in the walk in closet. I want to brag on the owner’s thoughtfulness when filling the space. Literally every thing you might need in the kitchen is there. I couldn’t believe that someone would put that much thought into making sure their guests were taken care of. Private pool, 10 min walk to the beach and shopping, and a gorgeous apartment that allows dogs - what more could you possibly want?! 10 out of 10 will be staying here again!
