Madeira Beach is located just west of St. Petersburg and has 2.5 miles of gorgeous beaches and sparkling Gulf of Mexico waters. Legend says that a pirate named John LeVique was the first European to 'settle' the Madeira Beach area.

It is best known for the 1,100-foot boardwalk along the Intracoastal named John's Pass Village and Boardwalk. John’s Pass is a collection of shops and restaurants in an old-style fishing village setting. Here you can pass the time watching pelicans dive for fish, watch dolphins swim and play, shop to your heart's content, or simply relax and enjoy all the amazing food and drink!

Wonderful Location!!

"The location was wonderful. The pool was amazing. However the water at the kitchen sink had a sulfur odor which maybe this is normal. I am not sure because this was my first vacation to Madeira Beach. Otherwise the condo was as described. I would rent again as I got used to the sink water.

"The beach is across the road and a nice pool at the back of the building. Local amenities are nearby. Only downside is that condo fronts on Gulf Boulevard that is a busy/noisy street.

"We were impressed with the number of pots, pans, and accessories that are available to renters while staying. Spending time with our neighbors who feel like family to us. We have stayed with them for 10 years now and love seeing and being with them when we come to FL to visit. We also love to go out to eat and walk and enjoy the beach and Johns Pass for shopping.

"The community pool was nice, we spent a lot of time at John pass, and toured Tampa as well: Aquarium, art museums .. many local restaurants. Nice time, nice place. Our condo was nice, and very clean, good location .. close to local restaurants and activities but.. the noise at night makes it difficult to sleep.
