The dining area seats 6 with a brand new beautiful dining table and a second table and chairs in the sunroom can seat 4. Drink your morning coffee while watching the dolphins, pelicans, and herons out the large bay windows. The condo has three 50” flat-screen TVs and complimentary WiFi. FREE laundry facilities on site! Beach access is a very short 2-block walk away with a crosswalk and traffic signal. Pool, gas grills, outdoor seating areas, and laundry facilities are all on the property. Fish from the dock and enjoy all the wildlife. Many dining and shopping options in the area. PARKING - There is one space for unit 7. There is one other space for a guest - first come first serve. We recommend only one vehicle.
Treasure Island got its name from an early hotel owner who buried and then discovered a couple of wooden chests on the beach. The hotelier claimed that the chests were filled with treasure. News of the discovery spread quickly and people began calling the area Treasure Island.
