Pointe Capri #7 - Mermaid Manor is located on the unique Isle of Capri on Treasure Island. Beautiful and completely renovated two bedroom two bathroom unit. Unit 7 is a delightful first-floor condo that is as unique as the great area! Newly decorated with fresh paint, all new interior furniture, quaint, beautiful, and quiet. It sits on the Intracoastal with views from every room. This two-bedroom, two-bath newly updated unit sleeps 6 guests with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The dining area seats 6 with a brand new beautiful dining table and a second table and chairs in the sunroom can seat 4. Drink your morning coffee while watching the dolphins, pelicans, and herons out the large bay windows. The condo has three 50” flat-screen TVs and complimentary WiFi. FREE laundry facilities on site! This condo is the perfect place to feel at home while on vacation in Florida! Two-night minimum stay. Come experience this little piece of Treasure Island paradise! You will enjoy the amazing water views and may even see manatees in the canal. This unit will not disappoint!

Beach access is a very short 2-block walk away with a crosswalk and traffic signal. Pool, gas grills, outdoor seating areas, and laundry facilities are all on the property. Fish from the dock and enjoy all the wildlife. Many dining and shopping options in the area. PARKING - There is one space for unit 7. There is one other space for a guest - first come first serve. We recommend only one vehicle.

Treasure Island got its name from an early hotel owner who buried and then discovered a couple of wooden chests on the beach. The hotelier claimed that the chests were filled with treasure. News of the discovery spread quickly and people began calling the area Treasure Island.

Treasure Island is adjacent to St. Petersburg and central to everything. Treasure Island’s three miles of white sandy beaches, pristine waters, welcoming vintage hotels, and unique restaurants attract visitors from all over the world. Go swimming, shelling, sunning, snorkeling, parasailing, bird and dolphin watching, or simply walk the beach and watch an amazing sunset. Walk the mile-long Treasure Island Beach Trail for convenient access to the motels, restaurants, and bars that make up the heart of this incredible destination!

"The condo was the perfect size for me, my husband, our 12-year-old daughter, and our 12-year-old niece. The actual unit was really cute, however, the complex was a bit run down. There was a lot of construction going on in the other units. We enjoyed the beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon and walked down to the beach for a few days. The location was awesome - just a short walk to the hotels, restaurants, shops, and beach. The check-in/check-out process was a breeze - communications via email from the owner were great. Thank you!

"We had an excellent experience, renting this property, and the addition of a condo was excellent. Everything was working fine. The decoration was extremely tropical and comfortable. The location was right across the street from the beach and within walking distance of many shops. We would definitely recommend somebody staying here and enjoying their two weeks as we did.
