Sea Rocket 7 is directly Gulf front on the ground floor, northwest corner of the building. The condo has nice furnishings, a new kitchen and bath, flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a great view of the beach! The unit sleeps four guests with a queen bed and a double sleeper sofa in the living area. This unit is unique, tranquil, and relaxing. It is perfect to sit inside and enjoy the view, right outside and read a book, or out on the beach taking in all of the amazing beach atmospheres! Come enjoy a unique and relaxing gulf-front getaway. The beach is right outside your door!! Please note: There is no guest parking onsite. There is only one assigned spot per unit.

Sea Rocket was built in 1950 and is a gem of a complex located in North Redington Beach where the beach is simply dazzling! Sea Rocket is a small (30 individually owned units) complex where the condos are small, cute, clean, and completely furnished and equipped for shorter stays or longer stays. There is also an on-site laundry room. It is a charming, reasonably priced vacation spot just steps from the white powdery sand and pristine water of the Gulf of Mexico. Here you will enjoy breathtaking sunsets, walks on the beach, and fabulous shelling.

There is a large covered patio overlooking the beach with plenty of lounge chairs, a BBQ grill, and a shuffleboard for use during your stay. Colorful Adirondack chairs are casually placed around the property for reading, snoozing, or socializing with the unique community that is the Sea Rocket!

Redington Shores is bordered by North Redington Beach to the north, Madeira Beach to the south, the Intracoastal Waterway to the east, and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. Redington Beach is primarily a waterfront residential community and the town is approximately 1 square mile in size. The town of North Redington Beach lies in the heart of the sun coast's beach communities halfway between Clearwater to the north and St. Pete Beach to the south.

Redington Shores is just 30 minutes from Tampa International Airport and offers easy access to all major cities and attractions in the Tampa Bay area. Along the main stretch of Gulf Blvd, which links all these beach communities, you'll find lots of popular and local breakfast, lunch, and dinner establishments as well as the Redington Long Pier for world-class fishing.

"This is a corner unit right on the sand with no steps, it’s ground level. So convenient to the beach and plenty of restaurants. The hot water takes quite a bit longer than usual to get hot in the shower. This was a wonderful little place to stay. We will be booking this condo again!!

"If you are looking for the Ritz, it is not going to be that, but it definitely is good for the price of what it does have. It worked for our needs, which was a short stay to cross us over into a longer stay with a huge family right after. Overall, the property was clean and kept up. A couple of points to note for future renters. The parking lot is tight, so if you have anything larger than a sedan, you are in danger of getting hit in the driveway that wraps around the building, unfortunately, if that is where your predetermined spot is located. Tip: In this unit, the hot water does not come on immediately. You'll need to run it on high for a while at each faucet to get it to "kick in" and then it will be fine. The place was clean. Thank you.

"Perfect spot on a serene beach...50's retro style peach and aqua building with a great covered patio to hang out with the other friendly guests and enjoy life. The water is just a short distance from the apartment. It is quiet after 8:00 pm so no worries about loud parties. Very comfortable bed and furniture. Only 2 stories, in the middle of the tall buildings, and your car is right outside your door for easy access. Loved it and would return it.

20 Steps to the Beach!!

"Unit 7 is on the northeast corner, ground level, and literally 20 steps to the beach. The unit was very comfortable and quiet and provided everything we needed. The bed was even surprisingly comfortable. We were only there for 3 relaxing days but will definitely be coming back and staying longer. Only about 1/4 occupancy while we were there, so don't know how it would feel at a busier time.

"This is a very clean and cute compact unit that opens up right to the beach, you can not beat this location!!!! FIVE Big Stars on this one!!! Literally steps to the beautiful sand. The Whole property was amazing. Clean, friendly, and just as cute as the room. We had a mix of renters and owners with us there. Everyone was respectful of each other's space and quiet time. (After 8:00 pm). During the day the same friendly faces sit in the sun, eating lunch at the picnic tables and playing shuffleboard. Ideal. The unit fits my family very nicely. As I said, it's cute and tiny but we knew that and just stayed organized and relaxed the whole time. We will be Back!

"The unit was fabulous! Steps to the beach. The unit was recently remodeled and was very clean. Our unit had all the appliances needed except an oven. The only negative item was the coffee maker did not have an auto turn-off feature. Which is ok, if you were made aware.

"The place is very small, but also very convenient. You are literally on the beach. Nightly sunset views. We like to adventure and not just stay in one spot, so this is a great central spot to explore the entire coastline from Fort De Soto to Clearwater. Although you will always see people on the beach, this section of the beach is not crowded.

"Our third time in Unit 7 and it never disappoints. Our daughter joined us this year and we still had room. I really like all the exterior painting and new signs. Great job and we'll be back in 2019!

"My husband & I absolutely loved our stay here for our anniversary weekend! This was our first time in this area in Florida & we loved it! Great location in between Clearwater & St Pete all while enjoying a more low-key, less crowded beach area! The condo was very nice & clean with a stunning view & access to the beach right out your front door! Check-in & check-out were very easy too! We will definitely be coming back here :)

"This was our 5th year staying at the Sea Rocket and our 4th year at Unit 7. I do have to give a big shout-out to the Sandy Beach team for taking care of my refrigerator issues so quickly. We woke up Sunday, the day after our arrival, and the ice was melting. Called to report it and they had someone out within 2 hours to fix a relay switch on the compressor. Nice Job!

"This was our second time staying at Sea Rocket and will definitely go back again. It's clean, cozy, right on the beach and close to a lot of places to eat, shop, etc. Having a kitchen allows us to have breakfast and lunch at the unit and that saves us money by not having to eat out all the time. 2 people are perfect for this place.
