Second floor, Gulf and pool view condo with one bedroom with one bathroom. Sleeps four with two doubles in the bedroom with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV and the living area has a second wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Free WiFi too!

The bathroom is updated nicely and has a tub/shower combo. This condo is right across the street from the Public beach access and is within walking distance of a variety of local restaurants and shops.

There is a large heated pool, secluded from the street by privacy fencing. There are lounge chairs for tanning and a tiki hut for relaxing in the shade. A BBQ Grill and Shuffleboard are provided for your use, and there is a coin-operated laundry on-site. ***Please note: Parking for this unit is limited to one vehicle. Additional parking in the area is available. Please ask us for details.

Madeira Beach is located just west of St. Petersburg and has 2.5 miles of gorgeous beaches and sparkling Gulf of Mexico waters. Legend says that a pirate named John LeVique was the first European to 'settle' the Madeira Beach area. It is best known for the 1,100-foot boardwalk along the Intracoastal named John's Pass Village and Boardwalk. John’s Pass is a collection of shops and restaurants in an old-style fishing village setting. Here you can pass the time watching pelicans dive for fish, watch dolphins swim and play, shop to your heart's content, or simply relax and enjoy all the amazing food and drink! Fishing is the primary sport activity but you can also rent a jet ski, take a pirate cruise or go on a sunset dolphin cruise. Within the city limits are many more restaurants, beach bars, unique local shops, and many public beach access points. The activities and memories are endless in Madeira Beach!

"It was a clean unit, beds were comfortable. Not much other than bare necessities (maybe need to bring extra toilet paper, definitely need to bring beach towels and chairs, I even brought my own dish soap). Very noisy sometimes by the pool/outside since it is near a Speedway but it didn't seem to make a difference once inside! The pool was closed one day for maintenance for a bit but quickly opened again!

"They were very accommodating with a late check-out, everything is as described, updated mattresses on the beds were great, and also great pillows which aren’t common! Great location, right across from public beach access, Speedway gas station across the street was very convenient! The pool is heated and refreshing. Also, as stated in the description they only provide a starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels, we only stayed a couple of nights but that was unusual for us as we’ve stayed in several places that provided more. The kitchen is very well equipped with cooking utensils and pots/pans. We had a great time!

"We had a wonderful stay. The place is centrally located. Easy walk to the beach and places to eat. The gas station next door makes last-minute supplies a breeze. The beds were comfortable and clean. The room had space to move around and the pool was clean and easily accessible.

"We loved being right across from the public access to the beach and just blocks away from all kinds of restaurants and activities. Do not expect anything lush or extravagant. The setup is very reminiscent of the 1950s motel of the building's past. The pool was nice but there is a posted â€œno jumpingâ€ rule.

"We enjoyed our time at this property. The rental was VERY clean. The bedding was new and very nice. We enjoyed the pool and the short walk to the beach was perfect. Everyone staying in the rentals around us was friendly & we didn't hear a sound from the pool or neighbors once inside the room. We picked up groceries at the local Walmart when we arrived and had everything in the rental we needed to make our meals. We ate out at Mad Beach Brewing. We also made the 50-minute drive to Honeymoon Island and took the ferry to Caladesi Island to look for shells. Nice place for shelling!

"We normally rent a place beachfront and much grander in size and money, but this place was near a friend's place and last minute we didn't have much to choose from. Wow were we surprised! Clean well-stocked kitchen "We didn't use it, but we could have" and well-maintained property. Everyone we spoke with was amazing and nice. They all seem to come back every year and stay in the same units at the same time. Cool place and in a great location.

"Bill and Carrie were wonderful. With my mother-in-law falling and breaking a hip, we were in a rough place. He got us in our condo so effortlessly, not even knowing what our end date would be. He carried our luggage to the second floor. He checked up on Nana's progress daily. The condo was very nice and had everything we needed.
