This is the place to be if you are looking for that 'beachy' getaway! On the second floor, the Gulf View Tropic Breezes condo is brightly decorated in an ocean blue theme. New, 42-inch flat-screen TV and DVD. Free WiFi too! Unit 18 sleeps 4 guests with two double beds (New in May 2016) and a sleeper sofa.

This condo is right across the street from the Public beach access and is within walking distance of a variety of local restaurants and shops. There is a large heated pool, secluded from the street by privacy fencing. There are lounge chairs for tanning and a tiki hut for relaxing in the shade. A BBQ Grill and Shuffleboard are provided for your use, and there is a coin-operated laundry on-site. ***Please note: Parking for this unit is limited to one vehicle. Additional parking in the area is available. Please ask us for details.

Madeira Beach is located just west of St. Petersburg and has 2.5 miles of gorgeous beaches and sparkling Gulf of Mexico waters. Legend says that a pirate named John LeVique was the first European to settle the Madeira Beach area. It is best known for the 1,100-foot boardwalk along the Intracoastal named John's Pass Village and Boardwalk.

John’s Pass is a collection of shops and restaurants in an old-style fishing village setting. Here you can pass the time watching pelicans dive for fish, watch dolphins swim and play, shop to your heart's content, or simply relax and enjoy all the amazing food and drink! Fishing is the primary sport activity but you can also rent a jet ski, take a pirate cruise or go on a sunset dolphin cruise. Within the city limits are many more restaurants, beach bars, unique local shops, and many public beach access points. The activities and memories are endless in Madeira Beach!

Clean and comfortable condo with good beach access!!

"The pictures are accurate. The condo was clean with a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, and even a couple of beach chairs. The shared balcony has a gulf and pool view. The downside is there was no elevator, only stairs, to this second-floor suite. It's a short walk across a busy street to the public beach access (with bathroom)- very close to the flashing light crosswalk. You could hear some traffic noise and noise from kids at the pool from the living room area, but not the bedroom. The property manager is onsite and easy to reach. The check in&out was very easy. I would definitely stay here again.

"The condo was very cute! Very accommodating to our last-minute booking! (our reserved condo was trashed by the previous renters and when we arrived in Madiera Beach we had no place to stay). After getting online, I found this place and sent a message to see if there was availability. Carrie messaged back quickly and within an hour we were walking inside. Two full-size beds in the bedroom with everything you need in the condo. They even had Beach toys in the closet for little kids! So thoughtful!! They allowed us a late checkout so we could enjoy the beach on our last day. I would definitely come back here again!!

"We spent most of our time at the beach. We also went to John Pass and other local restaurants. For Dessert, we love to go to the Candy Kitchen to eat ice cream delicious and many old candies. "I was impressed how clean was this unit, you have everything you need, easy access to the unit. Easy access to the beach, so every day we tried to see the sunset because most of the time was raining in the afternoon, 100% recommended Unit #18 at Tropic Breeze. They don't have beach towels, that wasn't a problem for us we bring our own beach towels, they have umbrella but we never used, we have our own beach tent, they have 2 chairs but they are not in good condition. Beautiful gulf view, we love the pool, very peaceful place, they have laundry room in the building $ 2.00 washer machine and $ 1.00 the dryer.

"A great visit as always and our 2nd time staying in #18. We like the view and convenience of pool and beach location. It's just perfect for our family. We had some vehicle trouble and asked for recommendations for car repair and we received immediate response to our inquiry/request.Â Â Mr. Bill came to our rescue several times with our vehicle and went over and beyond to help us out during our stay.Â Â Customer support is amazing and is a huge plus.Â Â Special thanks to all the customer support especially this trip.

I think the thermostat was going bad as it kept fluctuating temperatures. ( set at 74 and it would go down to 71 automatically after a few hours). Otherwise everything was clean and in good repair. They even had Beach toys in the closet for little kids! So thoughtful!! They allowed us a late check out so we could enjoy the beach on our last day. I would definitely come back here again!!

"It was our first visit to the area and our condo fit our needs perfectly. It was very clean upon arrival and Bill made sure we had all we needed. I appreciated having the beach right across the street and be able to see the water from out our door. It was within walking distance to many restaurants and St Johns Pass as well as a quick car ride to other shopping and the grocery store. Thank you!
