Recently renovated ground floor condo with all-new kitchen, bed, bath, and decor! New tile and paint throughout the condo are complimented with granite counters, stylish furnishings, and modern features. The condo includes 2 double beds located in one bedroom with an additional pull-out sofa in the living room. The condo is fitted with central air conditioning, a walk-in shower, 2 ceiling fans, 2 flat-screen TVs, a blue ray player, free Wi-Fi, and free local telephone service.

There is a large heated pool, secluded from the street by privacy fencing. Surrounding the pool are lounge chairs for tanning and a tiki hut for relaxing in the shade. Two BBQ Grills and Shuffleboard is provided for your use, and there is a coin-operated laundry located on site. If spending the day at the beach is more desirable, it is only steps away! This condo is right across the street from the Public beach access and is within walking distance of a variety of local restaurants and shops. ***Please note: Parking for this unit is limited to one vehicle. Additional parking in the area is available. Please inquire for further details. ***

Madeira Beach is located just west of St. Petersburg and has 2.5 miles of gorgeous beaches and sparkling Gulf of Mexico waters. Legend says that a pirate named John LeVique was the first European to settle the Madeira Beach area. It is best known for the 1,100-foot boardwalk along the Intracoastal named John's Pass Village and Boardwalk.

John’s Pass is a collection of shops and restaurants in an old-style fishing village setting. Here you can pass the time watching pelicans dive for fish, watch dolphins swim and play, shop to your heart's content, or simply relax and enjoy all the amazing food and drink! Fishing is the primary sport activity but you can also rent a jet ski, take a pirate cruise or go on a sunset dolphin cruise. Within the city limits are many more restaurants, beach bars, unique local shops, and many public beach access points. The activities and memories are endless in Madeira Beach!

"Renting was easy and efficient. We had an issue with the hot water heater. Maintenance was there to fix it asap. We did not spend much time inside because the weather was perfect! The bathroom is small but adequate. Would be difficult to maneuver for a large person. Excellent location. There are restaurants within walking distance but prepared most meals in the condo. Would recommend it for two adults with two children.

"The Tropic Breeze 3 was very clean and updated. The Kitchen is VERY well equipped and there were enough towels for us for the whole weekend without having to wash any. It was very quiet. The pool was nice and had loads of chairs. The location is perfect. We will be staying there again.
