Nice and Nautical! One bedroom with new flooring and brand new King size bed with sleeper sofa located on the first floor, poolside. Beautiful new tile shower in the bath. All the comforts to make your vacation complete.

This condo is steps from the pool and right across the street from the Public beach access and is within walking distance to a variety of local restaurants and shops. There is a large heated pool, secluded from the street by privacy fencing. There are lounge chairs for tanning and a tiki hut for relaxing in the shade. A BBQ Grill and Shuffleboard are provided for your use, and there is a coin-operated laundry on-site. ***Please note: Parking for this unit is limited to one vehicle. Additional parking in the area is available. Please ask us for details.

Madeira Beach is located just west of St. Petersburg and has 2.5 miles of gorgeous beaches and sparkling Gulf of Mexico waters. Legend says that a pirate named John LeVique was the first European to settle the Madeira Beach area. It is best known for the 1,100-foot boardwalk along the Intracoastal named John's Pass Village and Boardwalk.

John’s Pass is a collection of shops and restaurants in an old-style fishing village setting. Here you can pass the time watching pelicans dive for fish, watch dolphins swim and play, shop to your heart's content, or simply relax and enjoy all the amazing food and drink! Fishing is the primary sport activity but you can also rent a jet ski, take a pirate cruise or go on a sunset dolphin cruise. Within the city limits are many more restaurants, beach bars, unique local shops, and many public beach access points. The activities and memories are endless in Madeira Beach!

"The place was clean and quiet. Pool was nice & clean. The price was a great price. The door lock was defective our last day but was fixed immediately. I wouldn't want to stay there for a longer period due to not enough space to store things that may be bought, and beach items that we brought had to stay in the vehicle. The bed in the room is very squeaky and it seems due to what they have under the mattress. I would take it out and put plywood under the mattress instead. The tile is very slick when wet or with sand on it(the tile has no texture to it I believe is why). The location is perfect, right across from the beach access.

"What can I say, this place really wowed me. The unit itself is very well kept, clean and well decorated. The unit comes with lots of kitchen items should you wish to do your own cooking. Step outside where you’re only a few feet away from the pool. The location is also another bonus, directly across from the beach with public access, so no need to park and pay! My husband and I enjoyed being able to walk the beach to Johns Pass where we were able to have lunch and shop at the cute stores. Will definitely be returning! Thank you for a beautiful stay.

"Also within walking distance to many restaurants and things to do. If I had only one complaint it would be the bed. Extremely noisy and squeaks every little move you make. Otherwise, not bad for a long weekend getaway.

"The property was better than expected, well maintained and kept inside and out. The bed was comfy, there were more than enough towels, and everyone was very friendly. We took advantage of the pool that was steps away from our door, the beach was easy to access across the street, and the convenience store next door was open 24/7 for all our snack and drinks! Shops and bars within walking distance or short ride away, costal taco was the best food we found and was so close to where we were staying.

"What can I say, I was right across the street from the beach and the pool steps away from my door! I couldn't have picked a better location. "The condo had everything we needed and was close to many things within walking distance. Everything was neat and clean upon our arrival and was pleased they had some sample items to start our trip that we did not have to purchase during our stay. "This was our first online reservation. We couldn't have chosen better. The owners were really good at communicating and being responsive. The pictures are accurate. "This condo was perfect for my two daughters and me during our "girl cation". The room was literally in front of the pool! The pool was pristine and well kept with instructions and appropriate tools to wipe down your area for the next guest. There was also welcomed shade on the pool deck. The beach is a small walk right across the street too. The air conditioner worked wonderfully! The kitchen was pretty well stocked with a full-size refrigerator. There is a Speedway right next door so anytime we needed something like more water, ice cream, chips, etc. we didn't even need to hop in the car and go anywhere! Excellent dining choices within a few miles and great proximity to John's Pass for shopping and dining. The room came with 2 low-sitting beach chairs which we thoroughly enjoyed, as well as a bogey board! Thanks for that!

"Perfect little condo for two and had really all the essentials you need for a beach getaway across from beach access and close to several different things to do in the area. My fiance and I were able to go for a walk on the beach with our coffee, venture around the area and hop in the pool at the end of the day. And we found great restaurants... we did drive to them but there were several places within walking distance. John's pass is only a 1.3-mile walk (if you really wanted to walk and not pay for parking).
