Tropic Breeze 7 is a one-bedroom and one-bath located on the first floor with a pool view. This condo has two Double beds, LCD TV, a walk-in shower, and cable TV in the bedroom. The unit is equipped with a new sofa, chair, a fresh coat of paint, and complimentary WiFi too! Note: Requires Saturday arrival in season.

This condo is right across the street from the Public beach access and is within walking distance of a variety of local restaurants and shops. There is a large heated pool, secluded from the street by privacy fencing. There are lounge chairs for tanning and a tiki hut for relaxing in the shade.

A BBQ Grill and Shuffleboard are provided for your use, and there is a coin-operated laundry on-site. ***Please note: Parking for this unit is limited to one vehicle. Additional parking in the area is available. Please ask us for details.

Madeira Beach is located just west of St. Petersburg and has 2.5 miles of gorgeous beaches and sparkling Gulf of Mexico waters. Legend says that a pirate named John LeVique was the first European to settle the Madeira Beach area. It is best known for the 1,100-foot boardwalk along the Intracoastal named John's Pass Village and Boardwalk.

John’s Pass is a collection of shops and restaurants in an old-style fishing village setting. Here you can pass the time watching pelicans dive for fish, watch dolphins swim and play, shop to your heart's content, or simply relax and enjoy all the amazing food and drink! Fishing is the primary sports activity but you can also rent a jet ski, take a pirate cruise or go on a sunset dolphin cruise. Within the city limits are many more restaurants, beach bars, unique local shops, and many public beach access points. The activities and memories are endless in Madeira Beach!

"It was right across the street from public beach access which was so convenient, and right next to the quiet pool which was nice and relaxing! The place felt beachy and like a tropical vacation spot, and I would come here again for sure! The beach here was quiet, clean, not busy, and the water was so clear! Sandy Beach was quickly responsive, but I rarely had to contact them, since the place was set up perfectly and the instructions were clear as day! 10/10 :)

"We had a great time here, my buddies and I. Across the street is where the beach is. Returning to their magnificent pool was lovely. Excellent eateries are easily accessible by foot. In addition, a gas station is directly next door. Communication with Sandy Beach was excellent. When we came with our door code, there was a very minor, insignificant issue, which they handled right away. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

"This was the perfect location and size for two friends to spend the weekend at the beach. It was easy to get into the unit, which was super clean. The pool was an awesome amenity. The icing on the cake is being less than a block away from the beach.

"This fantastic rental was clean and well-maintained. The pool was great! It was a very short walk to the beach. The rental agency we dealt with was great, We had an issue with the A/C in the unit while we were there and they had it fixed right away. They also worked with us to accommodate our later flights so we didn't have to wander around for 10 hours trying to figure out what to do.

"The â€œhouse rulesâ€ made me think it would be really bare bones, but it was fully stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, a full kitchen, extra pillows, and towels. I think there was even makeup remover and soap in the bathroom. There was no oven, but there was a microwave, toaster, two-burner electric stove, and coffee maker. The vacation rental office was very responsive when I had questions about check-in (I missed their email initially) and when I had a question upon arrival. The location is amazing as well. The pool was nice and clean, and it is directly across from Madeira beach public access. There is a bus system to take you up and down the island, as well as something called â€œfree beach rideâ€ where the rides are free but the drivers work for tips. Highly recommend. Uber and Lyft are available as well but plan ahead, we had to wait 15-25 minutes for one to be available at times. There is a Publix within walking distance and a Safeway gas station/convenience store across the street. I would come back and stay at this unit again.
