Tropic Breezes 8 is conveniently located poolside on the first floor. This condo is updated with new living room furniture, a flat-screen TV, King size bed, new paint, and bedroom tile! The condo includes Free WiFi!

This condo is right across the street from the Public beach access and is within walking distance of a variety of local restaurants and shops. There is a large heated pool, secluded from the street by privacy fencing.

There are lounge chairs for tanning and a tiki hut for relaxing in the shade. A BBQ Grill and Shuffleboard are provided for your use, and there is a coin-operated laundry on-site. ***Please note: Parking for this unit is limited to one vehicle. Additional parking in the area is available. Please ask us for details.

Madeira Beach is located just west of St. Petersburg and has 2.5 miles of gorgeous beaches and sparkling Gulf of Mexico waters. Legend says that a pirate named John LeVique was the first European to settle the Madeira Beach area. It is best known for the 1,100-foot boardwalk along the Intracoastal named John's Pass Village and Boardwalk.

John’s Pass is a collection of shops and restaurants in an old-style fishing village setting. Here you can pass the time watching pelicans dive for fish, watch dolphins swim and play, shop to your heart's content, or simply relax and enjoy all the amazing food and drink! Fishing is the primary sport activity but you can also rent a jet ski, take a pirate cruise or go on a sunset dolphin cruise. Within the city limits are many more restaurants, beach bars, unique local shops, and many public beach access points. The activities and memories are endless in Madeira Beach!

"We had a great stay at Tropic Breezes #8. The second day our door lock wasn’t working and the after-hours staff acted quickly and had maintenance there to fix it in 10 mins. Close to the beach and many restaurants. The property is clean and well-maintained. We will be back!

"This was a great place for my husband and I to stay for 5 days. Large bedroom with a king bed, closet and full dresser to put clothes in. We loved the pool area right out the front door with palapa umbrellas and lounge chairs - perfect for morning coffee or to escape the beach sun in the afternoons. Highly recommend! Sandy Beach was wonderful to work with - very responsive!

"Tidy and well-equipped unit just across Gulf Blvd from the Atlantic. Comfortable king bed. Well-equipped kitchen with all the basics and several bonus items like a blender, basic condiments, and some paper plates/napkins. Near the hustle and bustle of the beach, but quiet and secluded living with a cute private pool area. Affordable onsite laundry is a nice bonus. Would highly recommend this unit and will seek it out when traveling to the St Pete area in the future!

"the best thing is being beachfront is being a maximum of 40-50 yards from the public beach access. Also, Madiera beach doesn't seem to get as crowded as other beaches we've visited on Spring Break.

"Stayed over a weekend in this one-bedroom unit and was perfect. Comfortable bed, clean with all necessary supplies, convenient location to beach access, stores, and many restaurants. The pool was clean and so relaxing. Mr. Bill, the manager on site gave very helpful advice on places to eat and directions to where we needed to go. Definitely on my list of would stay again if in the area.

"The condo was located caddy corner to the public beach - which was not overly busy. The gas station next door was convenient and the location was easy to access all grocery stores. Recommend Pete Sushi & Poke sushi right down the road - walkable distance.

"I really enjoyed my stay and couldn't ask for a better location. Close to Clearwater and St. Pete so you can see all there is to offer. The place had all we needed and was quite cozy. Short walk to the beach which will save you a ton in parking. Staff very friendly and helpful. 5 star rating all the way!

"We loved our holiday home! The location was great, the people were friendly, the unit was clean and in good repair, it was very nice to have the basic kitchen tools (coffee pot, toaster, etc.) as well as beach items that we found in the closet such as lawn chairs, umbrella, etc. The only thing we think should be improved on is the internet speed. We found that it cut out too much. Overall we were very pleased. Thank you for a great time! Ben Kuipery
