This Tropic Breezes one-bedroom condo has beautiful new decor and a king-size bed and is on the first floor. Unit sleeps 4 with a king-size bed and double sleeper sofa in the living room including Free WiFi!

This condo is right across the street from the Public beach access and is within walking distance of a variety of local restaurants and shops. There is a large heated pool, secluded from the street by privacy fencing. There are lounge chairs for tanning and a tiki hut for relaxing in the shade.

A BBQ Grill and Shuffleboard are provided for your use, and there is a coin-operated laundry on-site. ***Please note: Parking for this unit is limited to one vehicle. Additional parking in the area is available. Please ask us for details.

John’s Pass is a collection of shops and restaurants in an old-style fishing village setting. Here you can pass the time watching pelicans dive for fish, watch dolphins swim and play, shop to your heart's content, or simply relax and enjoy all the amazing food and drink! Fishing is the primary sport activity but you can also rent a jet ski, take a pirate cruise or go on a sunset dolphin cruise. Within the city limits are many more restaurants, beach bars, unique local shops, and many public beach access points. The activities and memories are endless in Madeira Beach!

"Sandy Beach was quick to answer questions and very accommodating. I had a visitor and on street parking is resident permit parking only posted. Sandy Beach was also very helpful to find an extra parking spot for my visitor.

"Very easy to find, and I really liked being able to self-check in. Everyone in the complex was very friendly. Being on the main strip it was pleasantly quiet out. So easy to jump on a trolley to get to different places. Beach access was right across the street. A lot to do within walking distance. I don’t really sleep well at night and I will step outside for fresh air. I felt very comfortable outside late at night. There are quite a few units at this location and I can say everyone was very respectful.

"We hope to continue for many years to come. The people from Sandy Beach were a pleasure to work with and the people who stayed there were a delight. We love visiting with other guests around the pool, and fishing at many of the shore spots from Pass-a-grill to sand Key park. We also loved walking around to see the sights, my wife loves Bealls and the food was very good although I used the grill many times during our stay.

"It was pretty quiet even though it is close to the main road. We didn't spend a lot of time in the condo, but at the end of the day, it was nice to have a sitting area separate from the bedroom.

"Nice small condo in an old motel setting with a heated pool and laundry. Beach entrance right across the street! Neighbors were mostly retirees and well-behaved. Central air and a king-size bed were a plus. Would book again, good deal and worth it to be so near the beach.

"The shower was nice. The living room was nice to hang out in. The pool on the property was excellent! My kids loved swimming in it every day! Beach access was also super easy, with the crosswalk just a block away. At first, I wasn't sure about having the Speedway gas station right next door to the property. But it ended up being convenient for a few things we forgot at the grocery! The property location is also very convenient (a short drive or moderate walk) to lots to do!! Overall, very happy with our stay and we would stay there again! The other residents there were also very friendly!

"The condo is just as pictured and perfect for our little family. We have 2 small kids and the pull-out bed was great for them. The condo was right across the street from the Public beach access. The king-size bed was very comfortable. That's not normally the case in rentals :) The only downside was the parking and it was a minor inconvenience. The spots are tiny and if someone had a large truck or if they didn't park exactly correctly, getting in and out of the car was a challenge. Overall I would definitely recommend Tropic Breezes and hopefully, we will be back!

"The Suite is nicely decorated & very clean. The kitchenette really has all you need to make breakfast & simple meals. The bedroom is a good size. "Clean, quant one bedroom with pullout sofa in main room. All the necessities were provided. Clean pool. Only con was the shower head could stand an upgrade although I’m being picky as it still works good. Great owner that lives there so any questions or concerns should get taken care of promptly. "We were looking for a place to getaway to the beach for the weekend while attending a surprise dinner at Salt Rock Grill. We live in Tampa but wanted to enjoy the weekend at the beach without the drive. The accommodations were more than expected for the price! A very clean and quiet pool and easy beach access. Bill was more than helpful on numerous occasions and we will definitely frequent this quiet getaway in the future!

Delightful Stay

"This space made for a very pleasant stay near John's Pass. The one-bedroom unit was very neat, clean, great shower pressure and short walk to the beach. Most of my time was spent with family down at Beach Place, but it felt good to have a quiet, comfortable bed to return to after the long days of beach, shopping and celebrating my nephew's graduation from USF medical school. Bill, the resident property manager, was quite the gentleman. He was customer-friendly and attentive, which made me feel very safe and comfortable alone at Tropic Beach 9. I look forward to my next visit to Madeira Beach and would definitely look again to Sandy Beaches properties to accommodate my stay. Give Bill my best because all was as he said it would be.
