Welcome home to this adorable newly updated one-bedroom and one-bathroom fully furnished, first-floor corner condo. This condo is only a short walk to the beach (about 4 mins) and within walking distance of some of the best restaurants in the area. The unit features a queen bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. They also have a single roll-a-way bed. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. It is fully furnished with a New 50" 4K TV that has FREE Prime Video and LG Channels, along with free WIFI and the building has a free designated parking space. There are also beach towels and a small cooler in the unit. Tropical Breeze is a self-managed, Boutique community of only 6 units in the Award-winning St Pete Beach. Location location location! One block to Historic Corey Ave with quaint shops, restaurants, US Post Office, Sunday Morning Market, and many art shows throughout the year. Just Steps to Sunset Waterfront Park on Sunset Way, is a Great spot to watch the sunsets or read a book. The beach is just 3 blocks away. Walk to the white sands of Upham beach, St Pete Beach/Gulf of Mexico. An onsite Laundry Room is provided for your convenience as well as a Fenced courtyard with a BBQ grill and seating/ picnic area. The condo interior has many updates including granite kitchen countertops, bathroom updates, and window shutters/blinds. The unit also has tile flooring throughout. Recently selected as the country’s top beach destination and renowned for its jaw-dropping sunsets, St Pete Beach is an ideal vacation getaway. Many amenities in the area include boat rentals, bike rentals, para-sailing, stand-up paddle boards, fishing, dolphin watch cruises, jet skis, kayaks, and almost any water sport imaginable plus shopping on Corey Ave and many fantastic restaurants.

St. Pete Beach, the most southern link in a chain of barrier islands that make up the Tampa Bay Sun Coast, offers residents and visitors miles of pristine white sandy beaches that border the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. St. Pete Beach, formerly known as St. Petersburg Beach, has a wide variety of accommodations ranging from large-scale resorts to the classic Florida mom-and-pop vintage motels that bring back memories of old Florida.

The city was incorporated in 1957 with the consolidation of the Towns of Pass-a-Grille, Don CeSar, Belle Vista, St. Petersburg Beach, and unincorporated Pinellas County to become the “City of St. Petersburg Beach.” In 1994, the citizens voted to shorten the name to “St. Pete Beach” to lessen the confusion with the City of St. Petersburg, located on the mainland to the east. The City of St. Pete Beach is located just off the Pinellas County mainland of Saint Petersburg, just south of Treasure Island, 20 miles from Clearwater Beach, and within 30 miles of both St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport and Tampa International Airport.
