Pointe Capri located in the unique Isle of Capri in Treasure Island unit 10 is an amazing second floor one bedroom condo! Very unique, quaint, beautiful and quiet as it sits poolside with bay front intracoastal views! Relax on the enclosed patio with table and chairs. This one bedroom, one bath newly updated unit sleeps 4 guests with a queen size bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Beautiful updated fully stocked kitchen with granite counters, one bath, dining area that seats 4. Condo has one flat screen TV, complimentary WiFi and laundry room on site. This condo is the perfect place to feel at home while on vacation in Florida! Two night minimum stay. Beach access a short 2 block walk away with a crosswalk and traffic signal. Come experience this little piece of paradise! Laundry room on site directly downstairs from the unit. You will enjoy the amazing water views and may even see manatees in the canal. This unit will not disappoint!

Enjoy morning coffee on the lanai often sporting dolphins. Five minute walk to the beach, towels, chairs and cooler provided. Many dining and shopping options in the area. PARKING - There is one space for unit 10. There is one other space for a guest - first come first serve. We recommend only one vehicle. Please note: Sandy Beach will ask for a email to send over their short term agreement (rules and regs), along with guest information to be completed for Pointe Capri Condo Association. A copy of your Driver's License will also be requested. These are completed 7 days prior to your arrival.

Treasure Island got its name from an early hotel owner who buried and then discovered a couple of wooden chests on the beach. The hotelier claimed that the chests were filled with treasure. News of the discovery spread quickly and people began calling the area Treasure Island. 

Treasure Island is adjacent to St. Petersburg and central to everything. Treasure Island’s three miles of white sandy beaches, pristine waters, welcoming vintage hotels, and unique restaurants attract visitors from all over the world. Go swimming, shelling, sunning, snorkeling, parasailing, bird and dolphin watching, or simply walk the beach and watch an amazing sunset. Walk the mile-long Treasure Island Beach Trail for convenient access to the motels, restaurants and bars that make up the heart of this incredible destination!
