Super cute and cozy condo in an excellent location on Sunset Beach in Treasure Island, FL. Private beach access across street and community pool that is clean and well maintained on premises. Short walk to Caddy’s On The Beach, Ka’ Tiki, and Sea Dog Brewing Company for night life options. Numbered parking space for occupant and multiple guest spots are a plus. Laundry room with multiple washers/dryers. Condo is fully furnished with updated kitchen in an open layout and lots of cabinet space. Walk in shower is luxurious and GREAT water pressure! Bedroom has a king bed that is very comfortable. Central air and ceiling fans in bedroom and living room keeps you cool. Overall the place is fantastic and would highly recommend it and can’t wait to visit again...TOP NOTCH!!!!
