Great stay

We enjoyed our stay at the Tropic Terrace. We have been coming back for 12 years. I think that tells everyone how much we like it.

Quaint, intimate, nice views and access

Quaint, efficient, an updated retro place, comfy, easy access to both pool and beach, well cared for grounds, friendly staff.

Thanksgiving weekend getaway

My wife Jackie and I had a very enjoyable long weekend over Thanksgiving. Plenty of things to do in the area and Tropic Terrace gives you everything you need for your stay. With the walkway running behind the property that runs all the way to sloppy Joe’s next time we will bring bikes.

Great vacation @ Tropic Terrace!

Tropic Terrace is a really cool property! We were very happy about the close proximity of the many restaurants and bars along the boardwalk, but also enjoyed having a full kitchen for the times we wanted to hang around the resort. The beach was absolutely beautiful, and the pool at TT was really nice too. The property was very well-maintained, and the employees, as well as the other tenants, were friendly and accommodating. We hadn’t visited Treasure Island before, but would definitely like to vacation there again, and will try to book a room at TT the next time we go!

Tropical terrace 27

The view is awesome from 27. The room was clean and comfortable. And the location is great. It doesn’t get much better than that.

Mother-Daughter Spring Break

My daughter and I found your condo to be the perfect base for exploring the gulf coast beaches. It was just the right size for two of us, and had everything we needed. The view was fantastic - great for taking in the sunsets. We appreciated the fact that there were beach chairs in the condo - we didn't have to rent the public ones.

Enjoyable Stay

We enjoy our stay at Tropic Terrace on Treasure Island. We have stayed there for 11 years and plan to go back in 2020.

Beautiful views

Apt 27 at Tropic Terrace has beautiful views of beach and surrounding area. The room was clean and easily accessible to the lovely pool area in the court yard. The motel was quiet and had a family friendly atmosphere with many quests bring repeat customers as myself. The kitchen had been remodeled and was compact and efficient. We enjoyed eating breakfast and lunch at the table with a view of beach and beautiful sky on two sides. The kitchen was sparsely furnished compared to other units but suited the two of us just fine!

Great Location

I rented unit 27 for my kids while I stayed in Unit 51. They had a wonderful time. Tropic Terrace is located near John's Pass. The Treasure Island Beaches are beautiful and Tropic Terrace is Family Oriented.
