Was all clean when we got in there an was able to check in a little earlier as we landed at noon which was great

We really enjoyed our stay!  We loved our room.  You have a lovely place and we really enjoyed our stay.

Renewed Florida Class

The building renovations were fantastic. The staff was attentive and most helpful. While there, people from out of town were trying to buy unit(s) in Tropic Terrace (none were for sale at the time, however).

Tropic Terrace was very comfortable

Had a wonderful stay! Thank you! My only suggestion is provide an ottoman or coffee table in front of sofa! Everything else was so quaint and comfortable.

Enjoyed Our Stay

Tropic Terrace was a great place to stay. Everything was very clean and well maintained, from the room to the pool to the common areas. The beach area was great, it was never crowded and had plenty of space to enjoy our time as a family. The property managers where there when we needed and there where always glad to help. We will for sure be looking to stay here again.
